The Rare Road Foundation is a nonprofit founded by two families who connected through their daughters' rare genetic diagnosis. Our mission is centered around fostering connections within the disability community, empowering individuals and their families to participate in the opportunities available in our society, while advocating for the creation of more possibilities.
